About Me

My name is Elizabeth and I am delighted that you are curious to learn more about me and this life changing program. I look forward to exploring the beautiful person that God has created you to be, the struggles you desire to overcome and the goals that you are eager to accomplish in this season of change.

As a faithful follower of Jesus, with a BA in Business and Environmental Studies from University of Richmond, a BSN from New York University, and as a Certified Health and Lifestyle Coach from Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, my background has helped me create a structured program that is focused on repeatable lifestyle practices, spiritual growth, and positive outcomes. In addition to coaching women through lifestyle goals, I am an Oncology Nurse with a background in ADHD coaching and entrepreneurial endeavors. When I am not working, what brings me joy is spending time with friends and family, painting, running, cooking, biking, anything outdoors, reading, music, and volunteering at church.

My foundational experiences began at an early age as I struggled to overcome a dyslexia and ADHD. The challenges of school were pervasive, however, through hard work, building executive functioning skills, and understanding God’s part in my successes, academia became a rewarding experience and resulted in excelling both in college and at NYU nursing school. *Please check out my attention difficulties page for more information.

I have lived in the Northeast, West Coast, and now Atlanta, while exploring careers in the arts, business, and now medicine. At the same time, I, like so many people, have had to manage complex family dynamics while pursuing these goals. In the process of navigating my own seasons of change, growth, and challenge, I have developed the insights to support others facing their own new beginnings, growth, or challenges, sickness, and grief. What I have both experienced and witnessed time and again is that, change in ones life circumstances or lifestyle habits, can often elicit stress, self-deprecation, self-doubt, and anxiety. Change can also expose insecurities around God’s calling and nature. In these moments, one can easily succumb to a victim mindset, while feeling frustrated and helpless about their life circumstances or lifestyle choices. This in turn, can make it nearly impossible to break negative cycles, see the truth clearly and accomplish both longer term and short term goals.

During session, we will spend exposing insecurities that hinder your progress, while building a positive outlook based on a clear eyed assessment of your strengths, gifting, and healthy motivations. This will give us a new foundation to build upon which will enable you to accomplish your goals in this season.
