About Me

My name is Elizabeth and I am delighted that you are curious to learn more about me and this life changing program. I look forward to exploring your strengths and struggles as you develop into the person that God made you to be.

My foundational experiences began at an early age as I struggled to overcome a dyslexia and ADHD. The inability to concentrate, manage overwhelm, maintain a consistent energy levels, and lack of impulse control, created a great deal of anxiety and frustration. Unwilling to rely on medication after graduating from college, I had to learn how to take care of myself, my health, and my wellbeing from a holistic perspective. I learned how to effectively manage ADHD executive function struggles, motivate myself in creative ways, build a sense of safety which helped with emotional regulation, anxiety and rejection sensitivity, and take care of myself physically so that brain fog and lack of focus no longer plagued my productivity. Overcoming these struggles birthed a deep desire within me to help others who struggle from ADHD getting in the way of either accomplishing vocational aspirations or emotional and relational stability.

With a Bachelors of Nursing degree from New York University and a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies: Environmental Business from University of Richmond, a Certificate of Health and Lifestyle Coaching from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, and a background coaching some of the toughest ADHD clients, my experiences have helped me create programs that is focused on education, building constructive and lasting habits, creatively accomplishing goals, breaking free from self-sabotage and the emotional struggles of ADHD and helping others find freedom from symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle. After years of navigating ADHD, oncology nursing, starting my own business, and helping others accomplish their deepest desires, there is nothing you can throw at me that I am not equipped to help you with as a coach.

When I am not working, what brings me joy is spending time with family and friends, painting, running, cooking, biking, anything outdoors, reading, music, and involvement in church activities.
