Well of course, but how horrible does it feel to get in your own way and know that you are spoiling your God given potential due to poor ADHD symptom management? I know that feeling all too well. My goal is to help you create a new foundations after years of struggling with ADHD symptoms such as disorganization, impulsivity, distractibility, lack of motivation, overwhelm, procrastination, lack of focus and brain fog. We will work on creating balance, managing ADHD symptoms in creative ways, highlighting your strengths, eliminating self-sabotage and understanding your pitfalls.
